"Mia," Michael said. "You have a great talent. You are very good at writing. Everyone knows you can write. And you always get 'A' grades for your papers in English." 

     The main charactrer is Mia who live in New York with her mother and her cat, Fat Louie. At the moment, she spends her winter vacation In Genovia because she is a princess of the country. In Genovia, she is taken lessons from her grandmother to be a ruler but she always thinks about her boyfriend, Michael, so her grandmother tells Mia to read Jane Eyre and not to call Michael every night. Mia change her mind by reading it, but it is not always good, so she has a dilemma about relationship with Michael. Also, her grandmother attempts to destroy her love life because she wants her to marry a member of a royal family. Finally, she can make a l date with Michael and has a great time. Besides, she notices her wonderful talent.

     I think that Mia is a very kind girl because she decides to go the ball that is important for her grandmother to compete with her rival in spite of her first date with Michael. If I were Mia, I would not go to it. I do not want to go it for grandmother's competition. Also, I want to be a person like Mia because she is very good at writing and find my talent.
     This book tells us family love, the importance of relationship with family or friends, and how to express our feeling, so please read it!
